Lentil Fritters with Chilli Mayo


 Ingredients

Cooked mixed lentil 1 kg

Chopped onion 100g

Chopped green chilli 2

Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Ginger Garlic Paste 10g

Lemon juice 10 ml

Crushed coriander seeds 10g

Ajwain seeds 10g

Cumin seeds 10g

Turmeric powder 5g

Coriander powder 10g

Garam masala 10g

Besan flour 150g

Corn flour 40g

Salt 10g

Chilli Mayo:

Mayo 300g

Chilli powder 10g

Lemon juice 10ml

Mix all the ingredients together until the chilli mixes well . Set aside until needed.

Method

Mix all ingredients and set  aside for 30 mins. Take a required amount  , form a ball the size of a golf ball. 

Deep fry at 180 degree celsius until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with chilli mayo and a wedge of lime.
